Men Pursuing God Together
DOXA Men is the men’s ministry of Calvary Baptist Church. The word doxa means “glory,” and our purpose is to encourage men to live every part of life for the glory of God.
We believe men need strong relationships, biblical encouragement, opportunities to serve, and time to enjoy fellowship together. DOXA Men creates a place where men of every age and background can connect and grow.

Our goal is not simply to hold events. Our goal is to help men become stronger followers of Jesus, faithful husbands and fathers, dependable friends, and willing servants.
Whether we are studying Scripture, sharing a meal, serving our community, or spending a day outdoors, we want everything we do to point men toward Christ.
Adventure With a Purpose
Some of the best conversations happen while walking a trail, sitting around a fire, sharing a meal, or enjoying a day on the water.
Skeet Shoots
Friendly outdoor gatherings where men can enjoy time together, build relationships, and invite friends who may not yet be connected to the church.
Barbecue and Fellowship
Good food provides a natural setting for conversation, encouragement, laughter, and deeper friendships among the men of our church and community.
Hiking
Time on the trail gives men an opportunity to enjoy God’s creation, encourage one another, and step away from the pressures of everyday life.
Kayaking
Days on the water combine adventure, recreation, and brotherhood while creating memories and meaningful relationships.
